Printed patches offer a way to include photorealistic images on a custom patch. They can capture complex color blends, small text and fine details that may not translate well using embroidery. Printed patches offer the same traditional wrapped edge (merrowed edge) as their embroidered counterpart. They can be sewn onto hats, jackets and other garments. When sewing isn't convenient, printed photo patches can accommodate iron-on or peel & stick backing options.

Upload your completed printed patch design or just a logo. Our team will help finalize your digital proof and email it to you for approval within 1 business day. You may request any adjustments if necessary from your customer account. Once all approvals are received, your turnaround time begins and your ship date is posted.

  1. Get your Digital Proof within 1 business day. Approve or reject your proof from your customer account.
  2. If selected, get your Sample Photo within 5 business days of approving your digital proof.
  3. After your approvals are complete, view your Ship Date in your customer account.

Using Custom Woven Labels to create custom tags for my wrestling t-shirt brand has been such a great experience!
